How our E-Design Service Works

Transforming your space is easy with our E-Design service! Here’s a step-by-step guide:

Book A Consultation

Schedule your first free consultation call, so we can chat about the room or rooms you need help with, your budget and the best design package for your needs. Before the consultation day, you will fill out the Client Questionnaire so that we will know your style, thoughts, obtain some photos, measurements and budget.

Design Package Purchase

Based on our chat on the call, you will select a Design Package that aligns with your requirements, budget, and the specific space you want to enhance. You will make payment based on the package. Note that the amounts disclosed on the packages are for design services and do not include your full budgeted amount for the products, furniture, accessories etc.

Design Planning Begins

This is where the magic happens! Using your questionnaire responses and chosen design package, we curate the perfect pieces for your space while staying within your budget.

Design Plan  Delivery

You’ll receive a comprehensive concept mood board featuring furnishings, sources, and shopping links tailored to your preferences and package.

Shop, Enjoy and Celebrate

Simply shop the links provided and follow our design installation directions to create your stunning new room!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I return the items?
    Each shopping link directs you to a specific retailer, each of which has its own return policy. Most retailers offer favorable return options. However, some unique items sourced from trade-only vendors may have stricter return policies (typically only for damaged goods). We can discuss your preferences and the return policies of specific vendors during our consultation to ensure you make informed choices.
  • How is E-Design Different from Hiring a Traditional Designer?
    When you choose a traditional interior designer, you often pay significantly higher fees—up to 10 times more—for tasks like shopping, receiving, shipping, inspecting, invoicing, delivery, and installation. In contrast, our E-Design service focuses on providing expert design direction through our Design Packages, allowing you to get the value you need without the high administrative costs.
